Annual Chapter Meeting
Pursuant to section 1 of article XI of the Chapter constitution, the Chapter holds an Annual Meeting each year no later than September 15. At the meeting, the Nominations and Elections Committee announces the results of the annual elections for officers and Council members of the Chapter. As part of the meeting, the Chapter holds a formal installation ceremony at which the new officers and Council members are administered the oath of office. The terms of the new officers and Council members begins on October 1.
